Could You Please Let Me Know If It's Looking Risky Chewing Tobacco?

Question: I have history of chewing Tobacco. I am having red patch like spot on the foliate papillae since last month. I have visited MDS Doc. He told me that it's due to the wisdom tooth sharpness. He smoothens the edges of the tooths 2 days ago and advised Dologel-CT and Caziq and multivitamin tablets. I visited to the another dentist. He told me to get biopsy done, because the ulcer should be cured within 2 weeks. He told me that it does not look like risky lesion because of its soft base etc. only 1percent chance is there to be risky. I've attached the photos of the lesion. I also have attached the photos of another side of papillae. Could you please let me know if it's looking risky?
