Could you please review my report and advise what steps should I take to address this?

I do a strength, cardio, and abs exercise every week day for 40 mins, and 5 km walk. My weight as of today morning before eating breakfast is 52.8 kgs.

PS. Before the checkup i was eating 2 whole eggs in breakfast every day which I have now changed to 3 egg whites only.

Cholesterol is marginally high and needs diet modification. A low fat and low carbohydrates diet along with a 60 minute exercise can help. Repeat the test after 3 months of diet and exercise to see whether corrected.

Vitamin D is low, you will need supplementation in the form of Cholecalciferol capsules of 60,000 units taken weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.

Urine microscopy test shows increased levels of epithelial cells. This can occur in case of renal stones sometimes. A ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis will rule out the same.
