Could You Please Suggest Me Sunscreen And Pigmentation/scars Reducing Creams?
Scars cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are already using or have used previously the following medicines:
> Cetaphil OS cleanser
> Cetaphil Moisturiser - contains many ingredients
> Retino AC gel - contains clindamycin and tretinoin
> Clear Gel - salicylic acid - peels skin
> Advan insta cream - contains ingredients like beta white, melanostaline, and tyrostat
> Sun Ban Forte - contains many ingredients for sun screen purpose, dry skin etc
> Glyco 6% cream - glycolic acid - peels skin
>deriva C gel - a retinoid and clindamycin
> Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel - for acne
From the above description it seems that you have used many medicines to control acne and sun rash. You have already used clear gel and glyco 6% cream that peel the skin. You have also used retinoids for acne. These medicines when used regularly and on non affected skin, can cause skin sensitivity and redness alongwith other skin problems.
If we apply any other strong medicine on facial skin, it may worsen your skin problems. I would like to see a current photo as well as previous photo of face to recommend better. What medicines are you using currently?
Now you seem to be asking for specifically a good sunscreen and scar treatment. My current suggestion would be to allow your skin to heal naturally. Best sunscreen is to stay indoors during sun and use protective clothing over face and head when stepping out in the sun. Scars of healed acne also get better with time as new skin develops over them. Washing your face with chickpea flour and then applying coconut oil (if dry or sensitive skin is there), should help your skin recover better. Chickpea flour (with a pinch of turmeric) works like a natural scrub and de-tan but should be applied very lightly over face and not be rubbed into skin.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Scar on skin of face
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for reverting back with photo.
The photo doesnot reveal skin sensitivity or redness. However some new pimples are there and some scarring of facial skin is there. Naturally scars tend to decrease with time. Most of them decrease significantly within 2 - 3 years. Regarding medical treatment there are many options available like silicone gels, laser therapy, microneedling and dermarollers. It is better to consult dermatologist before trying any of these.
I still would not suggest a sunscreen for you. Reason is to avoid any unnecessary chemicals on face skin. Face skin is more delicate than rest of body.
