Could You Please Tell What These Red/purple Dots On My Upper Left Leg

Question: Could you please tell what these red/purple dots are. They are just a few on my upper left leg. Don’t see them anywhere else. No pain no itch and not raised

I wish I could. It keeps telling me the photo is too large. I have tried several times. They are red about the size of a pencil lead tip. Very slightly raised. No itch or pain
59 male. Not sure how long I just
Kind of noticed tonight. Maybe about 8 or 10 on the upper part of my left leg

The lesions in the image appears to be petechiae.

The possible causes for such rash is difficult to identify.

I recommend you to apply a good moisturizer, they fade on their own after few days.
