Covid Tests Were Positive But PCR Was Negative. Is It Covid?
Question: Covid symptoms for 2 days - headache, sore back, fever, sore throat, nausea, stomachache. Two home Covid tests were positive but PCR was negative. Is it Covid?
Brief Answer:
Can be COVID 19
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the reports you uploaded and the COVID test is positive.
If PCR was negative and two rapid tests positive PCR possibly was not done correctly.
I think you may only take acetaminophen or Tylenol for fever and pain.
Drink lots of fluids especially ginger tea . You can take antacids for stomach ache and nausea such Pepto bismol.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
