Cremaffin Syrup Two Spoons After Meals Cause Stool?
Question: Dear sir/Madam,
Patient: My Mother , Age : 62 Years
My mother has not passed stool for last 4 days. Actually she suffered from viral fever 6 days ago. And was on Levofloxaxin 500( two times) for five days, Tab Nise 100(two times) for three days and Paracetamol 500 for three days.
Now she feels the urge to go to the loo but she is unable to pass the stool . She also suffers from piles so she fears that her rectum might tear and blood can come out if she pushes hard to pass the stool. Four days ago she had passed the stool but it was very hard and small in quantity. Last night and previous night I gave her Cremaffin Syrup two spoons after meals but still she couldn’t pass the stool today morning.

You could do two things,
1)As you have given her just 2 spoons(7.5-10 ml) of cremaffin(low dose)....You could give her 15-30 ml of cremaffin plus.
2)You could go to a chemist shop and ask for PC enema.
Proctolysis enema.
All she has to do is to insert the attached small tube in her anal canal and push the gel into it and within 10 minutes her rectum would be cleared.
