Current Medicines Are Over And Doctor Check Up Is Due

Question: Current medicines are over and doctor check up is due but can't visit doctor due to covid-19 as there is 70KM travel is required hence would need doctor suggestion for the diabetic issue.
And also there is headache from last 7 days (full head)

Headache remains all most for the whole day, the same issue was there 2-3 months ago too but there was relief with that after taking below course of medication.
No vomitting.
Yes as I mentioned in the previous conversation below medicines were taken(3 months course). And it's been over yesterday.
List of medicines
1. D-Ruzoval (0-0-1) (once in 3days)
2. Volibo-M-0.3mg (0-1-0)
3. Gabantin NT (0-0-1)

PBBS was done yesterday on machine (not at the lab)and reading was 110.
FBS is not done recently due to strips are over.

she is taking only above mentioned medicines regularly but when headache is too much she is taking Flexon 500.
Both the medicine which you have mention above to continue are not available here in the village.
so can she take below medicines till she goes for the further consultation.
1. Metgem 500 mg
2. rozucor 10 mg

as she was taking these two before this course and has two strips of the same. Thx

For headache, the Flexon 500 is enough,

Based on the symptom detail you provided, I do not suspect any serious health condition pertaining to the headache. Fluctuations in the blood glucose levels, stress, in house lighting conditions, refractive errors can be the cause here. These must be evaluated by detailed clinical examination if the headache continues to persist.
