Currently Experiencing Discomfort In Might Right Testicle. Dul Ache And
Question: Currently experiencing discomfort in might right testicle. Dul ache and tends to hurt more when I tighten up or during ejackulation. I also have had prostatitis In the past I currently also have aches in my testicles at time for no reason giving me the feeling prostatitis is back. I have no lumps or bumps at all in testicles. Please let me know your thoughts as it has been 3 months now

I do feel like the cord connecting to the right testicle may be inflamed and right where it connects feels inflamed and hurts to bother with it but don’t see any direct lumps on the actual testicle
