can you please evaluate all my reports and advise me to take required medications.
Currently iam feeling a bit uncomfortable due to below issues:
1. feeling heat in body,
2. urine coming green some times
3. my head is very hot and pimples keep coming on my head.
if i use coconut oil, i will get away pimples in 12 hrs. after that again im getting pimples and feeling itching and pain.

From your symptoms and reports it seems that you have overgrowth of fungal infection. Green coloured urine that does not show as bacteria in urine could be in prostate and may become evident after prostate massage. A surgeon would be able to help with it. Another possibility is bacteria in blood but report doesnt suggest it. A blood culture can be done to rule out any possibility of blood infection.
My suggestion is to take:
Drink cleaner water from RO system to avoid any possibility of fungal or parasitic infection from drinking water.
Are you taking supplements for vitamin deficiency? Are you taking any other medicines?
If the symptoms continue, we may need tests for auto-immune conditions under guidance of rheumatologist or internal medicine specialist.
