Brief Answer:
Probably sebaceous cyst, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to sebaceous cyst.

They are formed by the sebaceous glands and are usually not problematic.

Treatment consists mainly in draining the cyst. This is a very short procedure done at the doctor's office.

Than you should wash and dry frequently the area.

The area should be covered with antibiotic cream for local treatment.

In case of pain you can take anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400g three times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
