Hello and thanks for the query.
Simple kidney cysts are abnormal fluid filled sacs that are formed in the kidney.
Simple kidney cysts are different than poly cystic kidney disease which s a genetic disorder.
Simple kidney cysts do not cause any enlargement of kidneys, replace the normal structure or cause reduced kidney functions like it happens in polycystic kidney disease(PKD)
simple kidney cysts do not cause any harm to the kidney. In some however, pain may occur due to the enlargement of cyst which presses other organs.
Some times cyst become infected and then it results in fever, pain and tenderness.
Treatment is not needed for simple kidney cysts that don't cause any symptoms.
If cyst becomes large and cause problem then treatment is done either by sclerotherapy or laproscopic surgery.

Since your urine report suggests pus cells, you should get an culture of urine done to know the proper antibiotic for the treatment.
These pus cells could be due to infection in the kidney cyst.
