Hello Sir

After going through your medical query and attached ECG I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that this ECG is suggestive of anteroseptal myocardial infarction for which patient should be further evaluated for coronary artery disease.

Kindly get an Echocardiography and further Angiogram for proper evaluation and after consulting a cardiologist start patient on cardiac meds like antiplatelets and statins.
