Dark Brown Spot On Cheek. How To Treat It?
I note your issue & have viewed the photograph you sent in.
May i suggest that your problem may be secondary to some sort of insect bite or post inflammatory change to the region as melasma is usually bilateral.
However, i advocate the use of any regular sunscreen of your choice with an SPF factor of 30 or above applied twice to three times daily every 3-4 hrs during the 'daylight' hours & applied 20 mts before stepping out in the sun.
Together with this, please use a 2% hydroquinone based cream on the spot only in the evenings at about 6/7 pm & leave on overnight. Unless an allergy develops, the spot should get lighter in 2-3 weeks.
For best results please consult a dermatologist nearest you.
Trust this will help clear your problem & have a blemish free skin soon. Please feel free to close this query if done & do send in a rating if time permits.
Good Luck. Cheers!
