Daughter 23 Back From Trip To Mexico. Terrible Pain For
Question: Daughter 23 back from trip to Mexico. terrible pain for 1 week right side. 2 trips to ER. 2 CT scans on organs and gall bladder. Scan for blood clots. Ultrasound on abdomen. Only finding is ruptured ovarian cyst. Dr saying fluid from cyst causing the pain. Question: All I read says pain should last just days. ER dr says can be a month. Your thoughts?

Same daughter called me in middle of the night. She%E2%80%99d thrown up what looked like spaghetti but hadnt eaten any. She%E2%80%99s wondering if it could have been some sort of worms. Keep in mind she has been in Mexico and spent much time playing with someone%E2%80%99s puppy and walking around barefoot. Would evidence of a parasite have been seen in abdominal Ct scans, ultrasound, CBC or urine test?
