Daughter, 31, Was Struck On The Lower Jaw By A

Question: Daughter, 31, was struck on the lower jaw by a horse's head past Wednesday. Swollen lip, cut on the inside that turned into a huge canker like sore. Next day has an overheating event ( she's a guide horse wrangler) and became very weak and hands and lips seized. Urgent Care says no concussion but now only wants to sleep, extreme fatigue and general soreness all over.
Brief Answer:
NSAIDs can help
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Head and neck injuries do cause generalized weakness especially when oral mucosa involved.
You can take NSAIDs like Tab Motrin 400mg twice daily for three days. This will surely help to get rid of generalized soreness.
If you see any sort of whitish deposits on the oral ulcers, then do consult an ENT specialist for antibiotics which are essential then.
Hope, I answered your query.
Please do ask if you have any doubts.
