Brief Answer:
Mild to moderate spinal degenerative changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

I have read your question, I saw the MRI report that you uploaded.

The problems mentioned on the MRI of your spine report are consistent with degenerative changes ( spondylosis) of your cervical and lumbar spine.

These degenerative changes according to the MRI report are mild to moderate.

It depends on the symptoms, but according to the MRI report, these changes may be treated conservatively with physical therapy and painkillers in order to improve your symptoms.

Avoiding excessive physical activity and weights for a couple of months also is necessary to improve.

Discuss with your Neurologist these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
thanks.
