Brief Answer:
The chances are low
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.
You have a normal ovarian reserve because your AMH is normal but a high level of FSH that decresse the chances of achieving a pregnancy.
Normal FSH levels in women for pregnancy range between 4.7 and 8 IU/L during menstrual cycles.
You should know that women who have high FSH levels often respond poorly to fertility medications or do not respond at all. They may also have a low chance of getting pregnant when they try in vitro fertilization to achieve a successful pregnancy.
You are 37 years with a good ovarian reserve and this is the most important think.
Your high FSH level can technically be lowered with medications including estrogen and the birth control pill.
My advice is to consult a fertility specialist in your area for the right treatement and the follwo up of your actual condition.
Hope this is helpful.
Wish you good health

Dear Dr Xhardo,
Thank you for the response.
I was wondering if constant extreme stress and worrying can affect FSH levels.
It has been two years and my AMH had not changed. But my FSH was 4.5 with oestreodial at 650 in basal phase (this was two years ago). My FSH suddenly increased to 16.5 and my oestreodial was at 150 this month.
Please let me know if constant extreme stress and reduced physical activitiy level can causw FSH to fluctuate from month to month/increase?
Kind Regards
Ying Wang

Brief Answer:
Stress can affect all your hormones.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I appologise for the late reply.
Yes,it is true that high daily stress can affect your hormone levels(including your sexual hormones) and cause higher FSH concentration.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome and menopause can be a potential cause for high FSH levels.
You are young so menopause can be excluded.
I suggest to consult an obgyn for a pelvic ultrasound to see for cyst in your ovaries.
Also, your medical hystory for irregular periods, weight changes and a testosteron level can be helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
Wish you all the best.
