Brief Answer:
Cataract surgery
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
There is some inflammation, but change from betamethasone to dexamethasone is very minimal change and you should be watchful regarding 3 things, redness, blurring and pain on touching the eye. This triad indicates increasing inflammation and requires oral medication as well.
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
