Brief Answer:
Do you have diabetes?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Maf362,

Your albumine/creatinine ratio is certainly high. I need to know if you are familiar with the cause? Is it diabetes, glomerulonephritis, something else? Do you have kidney function results, e.g. creatinine, sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, phosphate, haemoglobin?

Hiccups are not a serious condition, but you should be ensure adequate urine output by drinking fluids. Any feeling of illness, nausea, etc. should prompt medical attention.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
Your diabetes looks well controlled

Detailed Answer:
Hi again Maf362,

From your records, your diabetes looks relatively well-controlled. Your kidney function also is normal. My best advice is to adhere to your medical treatment (for diabetes and blood pressure) and make sure to have your HbA1c levels, urine albumin/creatinine and kidney function tested often.
Also, see an ophthalmologist and food specialist often to prevent any diabetic complications relating to these anatomic regions.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
