I have noted your clinical details as well as CT scan findings. Based on this, the sinus infection (sinusitis) affecting mastoid and sphenoid sinuses has completely healed. In addition, signs of past surgery are noted. There are no acute findings at the time of scan.

yes past surgery required following a road traffic accident resulting in a head injury and surgery. does this alter the notes as above at all.
