Hey thanks for the question. Your diagnosis hasnt been mentioned in the reports but it has to be a retinal issue as pdt and injection are treatment for the same and is considered the best. Dear doctor I did macular photodynamic therapy last week. At that time, because I found it early, there was no black shadow and distortion in the center of the left eye, but only a small part of the center point could not be seen. But after doing the PDT treatment, there is now a gray shadow in the center of the left eye and the vision has dropped. Is this normal? Will I vision gradually improve? Why is this happening?
Brief Answer:
The vision should gradually improve dear
Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for the follow up . PDT and injection are usually done for retina issue which if not taken up at the correct time can cause irreversible loss to vision . So rest assured your treatment is correct and you should have improvement in vision subequently . Hope my answer helps you .Regards .
