If one is circumcised, can one grow the foreskin back?
I read that circumcision reduces sensitivity and sexual pleasure and I feel I am missing out. Is there a way of rectifying this please?

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to be circumcised and have feeling of reduced sexual pleasure .
It is a myth that circumcision causes reduced sexual pleasure .Entire Muslim population in the world undergo circumcision in early childhood for religious ground ,
After circumcision there is keratinization of mucus membrane of glans penis as it is exposed to atmosphere causing slight reduction in sensation of pleasure But this slight reduction in sensation leads to extend sexual intercourse for a longer period than what normal happens in uncircumcised males and one enjoys sex for a long time This also helps your female partner to enjoy sex for long duration and thus helps her to achieve orgasm .
Use lubricant jelly to keep your glans penis well lubricated.
