Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
No need of further surgery as stones are very small size and they will be out by their own most probably.
I hope your query is clear now.
Take syrup alkacitrol 15 ml 3 times daily for 15 days.
Thanks and regards

Dear Dr.Diwashish, Thank you addressing my query. I was going through Internet about 7mm stone and got worried when i read 7mm stone can't pass in urine as Ureter pipe is lesser width. so wanted to take doctor's advice. As I understand there is no need of surgery and stone can pass on by its own. Thank you once again. Raghav XXXXXXX

I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Actually 7 mm stone does not pass on its own, but actually with medication it becomes fragmented and then pass from urine.
But yes do get repeat ultrasound whole abdomen after 2 months, to rule out persistence of stone.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards

Dear Dr.Diwashish, Thank you for clarifying. Just one more last question. In last October i caught Covid 19 and hospitalized for 5 days. They injected Remdesivir and also gave course which includes MEDROL tablet. Course completed 50 days back though. so, with this history is it okay to take suggested syrup Alkacitrol? Just want to confirm. Thank you for answering queries patiently. Raghav XXXXXXX
