Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Since the dog did not bite the child and assuming that the skin of the child is intact, there is no reason to worry, especially if the dog is vaccinated.
However, the saliva can contain bacteria and it would be a good idea to give the child a good bath thereafter.
I do not think that anything else needs to be done.
Regards

Thanks Doctor.
we checked his body and found a small mark in his hand but it doesn't looks to us like Dog bite .. but anyways thought I will let you know. This was in his arm portion which was actually covered... I have attached the picture ..
There is no bleeding or scratch that we can see ..
Meanwhile we checked with the Vet of the Dog and he said that it was vaccinated in the month of December .
Since the dog is vaccinated can we assume there is no risk here .. anyways we will monitor the dog for 10 days .
