Hi there
Thanks for the query
Standing or walking can increase the stress on the spine. She can wear a lumbar brace and walk within comfortable limits.
It's better to try static cycling exercise on exercise cycle otherwise.
Avoid forward or backward bending or lifting weights.

Dear Dr.Aashish, Thank you for your response. So, is it fine if she wears Lumbar brace and walks? She walks at speed of 2 on treadmill. I just want to confirm if walking on treadmill won't bring her further harm or worsen condition. Thank you, Raghav.

Hi XXXXXXX
If your mother is comfortable walking on treadmill with the brace then it's fine. As long as bending does not take place it should be fine.
