Brief Answer:
It can take few to many years for symptoms to increase

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The report findings given are showing a likely early degenerative condition of the brain. This is usually not reversible. On further prognosis, it is important to know the complaints of the patient.

It is showing aging changes in the brain in early age. In most cases it will follow a slow progressive course but rarely it can show a fast atrophy in few years and patient can have increase in dementia like symptoms.

My reply is not too accurate as I have not seen the clinical detail findings of the neurologist. Please discuss with your doctor to know exact cause of early aging changes in the brain.

Regards,
