Brief Answer:
Genital warts
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have viewed the image and gone through your query.
I can see rough looking, greyish white outgrowths which seem like they are genital warts (HPV). It is an STD. I suggest Electrocautery for their removal or you may use either Podowart. Both of these are doctor administered, therefore, I suggest you to visit a Dermatologist in your region. Imiquimod 5% cream can also be used but it would require around 6 - 8 weeks. It is prescription medication.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

I have some questions as follows:
1) Is it 100% Genital wart? is it cancerous?
2) will it be cured? is there any chance to come back in future and incase If comes , what to do?
3) What risks are involved? Can I take vaccine for the same to avoid future complications?
4) will salipaint lotion ( Salicylic Acid & Lactic Acid) to treat since heard about apple cider vinegar is also effective? Any home remedies at present like FLUCORT N etc?
5) Any test you suggest ?
6) Can I be normal and sexually be active in future?
7) What are the precautions, you suggest me adopt for future avoidance?
Brief Answer:
Regarding HPV
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
They certainly looks like genital wart. You can address the issue by visiting an expert/ Dermatologist, who would either do Electrocautery or apply podowart as these two are the primary modalities of treatment of genital warts. Warts may recur but usually an individual is ultimately able to get rid of the infection. I wont suggest using salicylic acid lotion as it might cause irritation/ discomfort on sensitive genital skin. No home remedies are advisable. Always use a condom during sex. You may consider vaccine- it mainly protects against 4 HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18 but would not cure against the HPV types which you had got already infected with. Type 6, 11 are the most common HPV types but are non cancer forming. HPV types 16, 18, 32, 33 are carcinogenic.
