Dear Doctor.This Is Reg My Mother Who Is Diagnosed Of
Question: Dear Doctor.This is reg my mother who is diagnosed of senile parkinson and has been on Syndopa plus daily around 5PM one per day along with Pacitane 1/4 Mg of 2 Mg since last 4 yearsPacitane another 1/4 th she is taking around 12.30 after lunch but without syndopa.( Syndopa plus only at around 5PM as she used to get mild tremors by 6 PM ).She is also hypertensive taking beta Blockers .Temisartan.plus cilnidipine..Problem nowadays I am giving below one by one .
1) Of late her BP rises post lunch session .Is this due to Pacitane effect since we are not giving Syndopa plus post lunch.Is anyway Pacitane linked to higher BP when given alone???Or would it be wise or a standard that Pacitane and syndopa plus shd be given together only???one important point is during this period she is not able to speak properly and we find it difficult to understand what she is trying to say!!!!.This problem of speech gets resolved by evening after we give syndopa plus along with pacitane..What is this co relation!!.Shd both these be given together??? IF so kindly suggest right pacitane dosage as till today we have not crossed totally 1/2 of 2 MG.
2) Does syndopa when given reduces BP on its full concentration?? since we are seeing reading readings coming to normal levels post syndopa assimilation!.
3)Oflate we are seeing one important incident in her..She is feeling as though living in another world talking irrelevanly at times...though memory etc not an issue.In our language it looks she is having lot of fear as If she is living in another house or telling us when can we go back to home..some hospital confusion etc..Is this side effect of Syndopa pacitane etc?
4) Shd we add syndopa plus one more after lunch along with pacitane to see apart from evening 5 PM dosage of both given together as out GP feels that may reduce her fear anxiety which is y BP shoots post lunch.
5) Does Amino fit tablet any way react with syndopa ?? Or der shd be time gap?? Is it Advisable to give amino fit twice a day as her eating pattern slowed down coz of Unable to swallow food .
6) would it be wise to give a CR version say at 10 AM in morning than post lunch as anyway we are giving one syndopa plus by 4.30 to 5 PM .daily.
7)For all this irrelevant thinking..feeling list or in another world etc...would quitepan help if given by bed time?
8) Another important doubt...does syndopa plus after loosing its strength or effectiveness in a day ..while its effect gets reduced create any high BP like situation while loosjng its strength?? Any co relation of syndopa with BP???
