Hello
After going through the detailed medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to answer your concerns and the following points
1. First of all I would like to correct you regarding the dose of tell me Saturn which you have mentioned as it doesn’t come in the strength of 50 MG, It’s either 20, 40, 80 mg.
2. Regarding your blood pressure, taking into consideration your age group the recommended BP is 140/90 MM HG however a BP of 150/ 90 MMHG is not bad and you can simply control it by your dietary salt intake and by avoiding caffeine containing drinks or cigarette smoking.
3. Yes you can take disprin (SOS) as per your doctor’s advice.
4. For sense of weakness it’s advisable to start some multivitamins.
Your reports are all fine nothing significantly deranged or alarming.
Kind Regards
Thanks for your prompt quick reply and advice.
Sorry it was a typing error. The medicine contain Telmisartan 40 mg plus Amlodipine 5 mg.
My serum sodium level on earlier report dated 20/4/2019 was 135 and now also it is 135 level. It always slightly below normal or on boarder. Is it due to taking BP medicine ? Any need for taking medicine to control anxiety, stress and heaviness in head ? Is heaviness in head is due to B.P ?
I forget to mention that I am using eye drop Synobrim T (Timolol plus Brimonidine tartrate) for ocular hypertension and Takfresh fusion eye drop for dry eyes for the last 2 years. Earlier eye pressure was NCT 21/24, now latest reading is NCT 15/17. Any need to take second opinion from another specialist eye doc. as I am using Synobrim T eye drop for ocular pressure for long period of 2 years which I think may have side effects.
Kindly have your opinion and advice on the above.
Thanks once again for the prompt reply and advice
with regards,

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Your sodium levels are well within normal limits and slight up and downs are normal.
Your head discomfort could be because of your eye problem for which I strongly suggest to seek help of your ophthalmologist.
For anxiety I would like to suggest you to first try with yoga and meditation and if that won’t work then seek help of a psychiatrist.
Kind Regards
