Brief Answer:
She will be fine in future if she take proper precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your Aunt and understood the concerns.
Since the Stapler trans-anal resection was done for obstructive defecation syndrome in 2014 that is 4 years back and she is still fine means the surgery has worked well.
4 years is a long follow up period hence unless there comes again the instigating or enhancing factors she will not face the same problem again.
The fundamental is proper bowel habits, selection of the foods that do not cause hard stools or need to strain at stools. She will not face the same problem again.
Please ask her to take care of these points and she will be fine in future too.

I hope this answers your specific query.
