thanks for the query to ask a doctor panel.
After having gone through your reports, it is evident that you have a subserosal fibroid with an endometrioma in right ovary likely a hemorrhagic or endometriotic cyst with implants over left ovary. The fibroid is unlikely to be a reason for infertility but yes, endometriosis is likely to be the cause . Also evidence of possible anovulation or delayed ovulation or possible Polycystic ovaries as evident by small follicles in ovaries.
you need to mention about your menstrual pattern of last 3 months, whether there is pain , clots, heavy menses or darkish brown blood flow. Also a hormonal profile would be required- fsh, lh, amh, serum testosterone and serum estradiol levels, thyroid profile , serum prolactin levels.
Also important would be your partner's semen analysis report to rule out male infertility.
So please follow up.

Dear Dr. Thanks for the reply. Mensuration cycle: regular time line. Sometimes 2 days sometimes 3 days. Extensive pain. Clots are there, sometime heavy menses, flow of darkish brown blood flow is there. AMH 1.12 Attached are the reports as requested
