Recent or old iwmi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

There are q waves with borderline St elevation in inferior leads. This is suggestive of recent or old inferior wall myocardial infarction. So, such patients needs further evaluation and echo. Also, he should undergo coronary angiography and further treatment.
