Please help us with ECG interpretation in a k/c/o Hypertension, cholesterol and Xray showing mild cardiomegaly

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that the ecg report attached by you is a sinus rhythm ecg with no significant STT changes changes.

As patient has hypertension and hyper cholesterol with X-ray suggestive of cardiomegaly it’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done as a part of further evaluation.
