Brief Answer:
Age related changes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
Aortic sclerosis is a age related calcification of valve and nothing except observation is required. Grade I diastolic dysfunction is also age related and normal for him.
BP is on the higher side and cholesterol is also on higher side. Diet management can be done for now and no medication is required currently.
He should decrease salt in diet and eat less fatty food.
Thanks and regards
