My question to you is what shall I ask panacea for all problems. In fact I requested her for CBT. But what is ur suggestion Dr.,. Athe idea of taking medicines individually CBT works out or medicines along with CBT required. Your valuable suggestions are most important for me according to that I will proceed. Kindly give elaborate answer for my problem. Also Deaddiction is most important as I want to be free from medicines. I don't want to stop medicines taper gradually. Brief Answer:
Mindfulness should help

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend. Thanks for the question.

I am happy to note that you are doing physical exercise as well as breathing and meditation exercises. Those are good and should help you.

CBT will surely help. But regarding medicines, they need to be continued and should be gradually reduced in dose and then stopped. You have my whatsapp number. You can text me in case of any doubts.
