Question: Dear S/M, My daughter is 7.5 years old and till now not even a single milk tooth started to fall. I am a bit worried about it. can you please help if it is normal or should I need to get some checkups done?

Yes, by now some of the permanent teeth should have erupted along with the fall of theilk teeth.

As none of the milk tooth have fallen by now you should consult a Pedodontist and get her full mouth x ray done to see if the permanent teeth buds are present or not..
