Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
The ears may itch when we eat certain specific foods,to which we are allergic.
The feeling usually stop as soon as we finish the meal.
This is called as Oral allergy syndrome.
You should observe the foods which cause aggravation of this problem and avoid them.
At times,Itchy ears can be a sign of an ear infection but it has no relation to meals.
You can take antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5 mg after dinner and put 70 percent alcohol (Rubbing alcohol) drops in ears.
If the symptoms do not improve, see an Otolaryngologist(ENT Specialist).
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay blessed and stay healthy.
Regards.
