Brief Answer:
Anxiety might be the underlying cause.
Detailed Answer:
Walaikum.
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms you have mentioned most probably due to excessive and unwanted anxiety.
Thick sputum in the morning is quite common and may be due to minor sinus problems and can occur naturally. As you are asymptomatic no need to treat it vigorously.
The bowel symptoms are may be due to gastritis and anxiety may worsen the symptoms. You can continue esomeprazole(nexium). You have reduce the intake of spicy foods and include more fiber rich foods to your diet.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
You can try appetizers.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Librax is effective for irritable bowel syndrome and anxiety related bowel disturbances. It has to be taken regularly to be effective. Your appetite will gradually become normal with librax.
Over the counter available appetite stimulator syrups can be taken. You can also take pineapple which is a naturally available appetizer.
