Question: Dear Sir, I am a 70 years old male. I had Surgery of Pacemaker Implantation in 2015. i am a hypertension patient. Please go through my attached Medicals and suggest Future complication and prognosis.

Hello

After going through the medical reports attached by you I would like to tell you that first two report pages are completely faded and not clearly visible, only discharge summary is clear which is of 2015.

If the patient is doing fine and doesn’t have any symptoms like breathing difficulties or giddiness or syncope then the prognosis is good.

I would like to suggest you to get an echocardiogram done as the LV ejection fraction is an important deciding factor.
