Brief Answer:
Good prognosis

Detailed Answer:
To begin with, a patient with SVT and avnrt has a good prognosis overall, even without ablation and being just on medications. In his case, ablation was successful, so it's cured, but there is a risk of recurrence which is less than 5 percent. So, overall, the prognosis is good with successful ablation. There is no need for routine testing afterward, just an ECG post-procedure is enough. However, if patients get palpitations and symptoms of recurrence then should obtain Ecg during the episode itself.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
