Brief Answer:
It's LBBB

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm, Left bundle branch block with normal rate, rhythm and axis.
So, LBBB raises the possibility of ischemic heart disease versus structural heart disease like DCMP. So, patient need further evaluation and echo. May need angiography.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
