After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a normal sinus ecg with rSR pattern.
As you have mentioned the patient is 59 yrs old and there are no associated medical issues, so as such there is no need for any further evaluation however it’s always advisable to get a stress test like TMT done in young and other wise healthy individuals to unmask any underlying coronary artery disease.
