Kindly opine on attached ECG of 41 female with h/o hypertension and DM

It's fine

Detailed Answer:
Heart rate is around 95 bpm, rhythm is regular and there is left axis deviation which is due to LEFT ANTERIOR FASCICULAR BLOCK, which is likely due to hypertension. No significant St t or other abnormalities seen.
So, overall Ecg is fine with minor changes like left axis deviation. However, considering the patient is diabetic, better to obtain echo.
