Brief Answer:
Abnormal ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
The attached ECG shows q wave in lead V1 & V2 which could be because of some old blockage in one of the arteries of heart. However it could also be because of wrong lead positioning.
Get a 2D Echo & TMT done. If both are normal, their is nothing to worry.
Thanks and regards
