Question: Dear Sir ,
Kindly opine on prognosis for Prostrate Adenoma TURP done in 2014 at the age 44 year HPE report suggest beningn prostatic hyperplasia ( Stromal +Glandular ) No atypia or malignancy please guide on further complication and recurrence of it.

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have undergone endoscopic surgery of TURP for Benign Enlargement of Prostate.at the age of 44 years which was reported to be a Adenoma of Prostate .

Adenoma of the prostate is a benign tumor and there are no complication as such due to adenoma itself .However since you have undergone surgery at earlier age of 44 years the chances of recurrence of adenoma at later age (After 10-15 years)can not be ruled out .
