Based on the findings mentioned in Ultrasound Scanning Report
I would answer s detailed below
1) Grade 1 fatty liver has no significance ,It is detected in many individuals and can be kept under control with dietary measures like avoiding reducing fats in diets and increase protein intake. .
2)Gall Bladder calculi with normal Gall Bladder Wall is not to be worried and can be monitored .
3) Mild enlargement of prostate is common at this age .Taking combination of Tomsulosin and Dutasteride once daily will help to get relief from urinary symptoms like frequency ,poor urine flow and nocturia etc.
4) Bilateral small renal cysts are congenital in origin and benign in nature .They are detected in many individuals and do not require any active treatment .Treatment is advised only in a situation when sudden increase in size is noticed on follow up ultrasound scanning or they get infected .
In short there is nothing to be worried in present context .You need to do USG studies at frequent interval of 6 months to observe the status of above findings .
