SC: 0000 -NEELAM BHATIA/Age-64/Female.

Request to find the attached ECG and confirm the prognosis.

The patient has also undergone stress echo which is wnl. Request to suggest for the prognosis of this case.

Detailed Answer:
Ecg is a sinus rhythm ecg with T wave inversions in inferior leads which is suggestive of ischeamia.

As stress echocardiogram is done and has come out to be normal so these ecg changes become insignificant.

As stress echocardiogram is normal so the cardiac prognosis is fair for the patient.
