Brief Answer:
Lead reversal for pt Abida

Detailed Answer:
For patient abida, there is right axis deviation along with T wave inversion in I and avl likely due to lead reversal in arms. Also, there are minor ST changes in precordial leads. The tracing is obtained at the speed of 50 mm/sec, so heart rate is fine. Also, rhythm is normal. So, overall, firstly the Ecg Should be repeated with correct lead position in arms and obtain at 25 mm/s, and if changes persist then needs echo to rule out possibility of coronary artery disease.
Similarly for patient Khajir, tracing is likely obtained at speed of 50 mm/s, although which is not seen on image. So considering this speed, heart rate is fine and rhythm is sinus and regular. There is left axis deviation and no significant St t abnormalities. So overall, Ecg is fine with minor changes like left axis deviation which is usually a age or hypertension related change.
