Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate with T wave inversions in lead III and avf. These changes could be due to myocardial ischemia which requires evaluation.

It’s better to get a TMT as well as a echo done to rule out masked underlying coronary artery disease.

It becomes more important if the patient is diabetic or hypertensive or any history of smoking or chest discomfort.
