Detailed Answer:
Rate, rhythm, and axis are normal. There are baseline artifacts and complete limb tracing and early precordial tracing is not available in the image. Complexes in avl are not interpretable. There are no significant St t abnormalities seen in remaining leads. So, ideally repeat is advisable if artifacts could be eliminated.
However, no significant abnormalities are seen in current ECG tracing.
